After years of fishing the Mediterranean — from Light Rock Fishing (LRF) off the piers to heading out in small boats — I finally decided to build an app to help us all actually land that fish. My wife could never understand why I'd spend hours getting soaked in the rain or roasted in the sun, only to come home empty-handed. So, I built Ispysun to solve that exact problem. The goal is simple: help me, and help you, catch more fish. Easy.

How It Works

Ispysun takes the guesswork out of your trips by combining environmental science with cutting-edge space tech. We process a massive amount of data — water temperature, cloud cover, magnetic index, wind, air pressure, moon phases, and eclipse data — to generate a real-time Catch Index.

We then couple that data with live satellite imagery that tracks plankton blooms, giving you a massive heads-up on exactly where the bait fish are schooling.
