Nueva Andalucia feels polished, lively and less concentrated than the beach immediately beside Puerto Banus. Families, residents and marina visitors use several linked sections, while restaurants and beach clubs create distinct pockets of activity. Walking between them reveals noticeably different atmospheres within a short distance.

Breakwaters influence local wave movement and create sheltered-looking corners, although conditions still vary with wind. The available sand can be narrow in places, especially near structures and high water. Seasonal services and nearby businesses make the area convenient throughout the main holiday season.

Playa Nueva Andalucia lies west of Puerto Banus along a sequence of compact sandy sections separated by breakwaters and small headlands. Its golden sand, close marina access and residential backdrop create a sociable beach corridor between the harbour and San Pedro de Alcantara.

Puerto Banus lies immediately east and remains the dominant landmark through its yachts, restaurants and shopping streets. Nueva Andalucia extends inland behind the marina, known for residential areas, golf courses and views towards La Concha.

Westward, the coast leads towards Cortijo Blanco and San Pedro. Beach restaurants combine international menus with seafood, rice and grilled fish, while the marina brings a more cosmopolitan atmosphere than Marbella's eastern residential beaches.

Golden sand forms a chain of compact curves below palms, gardens, low apartment buildings and waterfront businesses. Stone breakwaters and rocky points interrupt the horizon, giving each section a separate visual identity.

Eastward, marina structures and yachts become increasingly prominent. Westward, the coast opens into longer beaches approaching San Pedro. La Concha rises dramatically inland, providing a constant mountain reference. Playa Nueva Andalucia is defined by sequence: small beaches, landscaped development and marina influence repeated along one connected shoreline. The linked coves are especially useful for visitors staying in the residential streets behind the marina, because several separate access points distribute arrivals along the coast. Small differences in breakwater shape, beach width and nearby restaurants give each section its own practical character.
