About Playa D'aiguadoln
The atmosphere is sociable but less intense than La Ribera. Families, couples and marina visitors share the sand, with the busiest activity near the central entrance during summer. The small scale makes the beach feel full quickly, yet the harbour setting creates a sheltered visual character.
The marina reduces exposure from one direction, but waves and wind can still affect the bay. Swimmers should follow flags, avoid harbour entrances and remain aware of boat movements beyond the marked bathing area. The compact shore works particularly well for a shorter visit combined with lunch at the port.

The Setting
Aiguadolc is a compact Sitges beach immediately west of the marina that shares its name. Golden sand, harbour views and a contained bay give it a distinct identity from the larger town beaches, while restaurants, accommodation and the eastern promenade remain close at hand.
Port de Sitges-Aiguadolc is the immediate anchor. Masts, waterfront restaurants and low buildings surround the marina, giving the eastern end of Sitges a different rhythm from the historic centre.
A walk west follows the coast towards Balmins and Sant Sebastia, eventually reaching the old town beneath the church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla. This route links the marina district with Sitges' most recognisable streets and seafront views.
Aiguadolc forms a short sandy curve beside the harbour breakwater. The marina closes the eastern outlook, while the western side opens towards low rocky ground and the sequence of coves leading to central Sitges.
The Garraf hills rise inland and give the municipality a dry, pale landscape unlike the greener Maresme coast farther north. The railway and road routes through this terrain remain close but are less dominant from the sand.
The beach's interest lies in its contained setting: open Mediterranean water in front, marina activity at one side and the historic town within walking distance. Aiguadolc is not Sitges' largest beach, but it offers one of the clearest combinations of bathing, harbour life and waterfront dining.
