Playa Grande, also recognised in the Blue Flag list as Grande (Blanca), is the classic Puerto del Carmen beach: broad, golden and directly connected to the island’s longest-established resort strip. It is the beach for visitors who want sand, swimming, restaurants and evening life all within a few minutes.

The atmosphere is lively, family-friendly and polished by decades of tourism. This is not a hidden cove; it is a proper resort beach where couples, families, swimmers and promenade walkers share the same rhythm.
