About Playa de Morro Blanc
The cove feels sociable on summer days because the bathing area is small and the surrounding residential neighbourhood is close. Families and local swimmers value the manageable scale, while snorkellers are drawn to the rocky sides when the sea is calm. Outside peak periods, the same compactness creates a peaceful place for sitting near the water.
Space can reduce quickly when waves reach higher onto the shore, and the mixed sand, gravel and stone surface is not as soft as El Campello's urban beaches. Care is needed around submerged rock, and jumping from the sides should never be assumed safe. Flags and local guidance remain the best indication of bathing conditions.

The Setting
Morro Blanc is a compact cove in the Coveta Fuma area of El Campello, positioned between L'Amerador and Cala d'Enmig. Pale rock, a mixed shore and clear-looking water give it a recognisable identity that should not be confused with the neighbouring coves.
Coveta Fuma is the immediate anchor, a hillside coastal neighbourhood made up of homes, small streets and a sequence of bathing coves. Morro Blanc lies within this local pattern rather than beside El Campello's harbour or the Illeta archaeological site.
The municipal centre is several kilometres to the south, reached along the coastal corridor. Visitors should therefore treat the cove as a residential beach with limited immediate facilities, bringing water and other essentials instead of expecting a continuous commercial promenade.
Low pale headlands enclose Morro Blanc more clearly than the long beaches farther south. Rock platforms continue into the water at the edges, while the centre of the cove provides the principal entry point. Houses rise behind the shore without completely removing the sense of a natural indentation in the coast.
The view is close and layered: stone at the feet, light-coloured rock around the bay and open blue water beyond. Morro Blanc's character comes from this contrast and from its position within the broken shoreline of Coveta Fuma, where each small cove has a distinct shape and access.
